This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, report corrections, consultation changes, and payment issues are handled for Ank Jyotish services.
Digital reports
Paid PDF reports are personalized digital products. Once a report has been generated or delivered, the order is normally final and non-refundable.
Before payment, please check the report type, name spelling, date of birth, email address, and selected service carefully.
Incorrect birth details or name
If you entered incorrect details, contact support as soon as possible. If the report has not yet been generated, we will try to update the order details.
If a report has already been generated, correction or regeneration may be offered at Ank Jyotish's discretion depending on the nature of the error and operational feasibility.
Duplicate or excess payment
If a duplicate or excess payment is received because of a technical issue, the excess amount will be reviewed and eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Eligible refund processing generally takes 3 to 7 business days after verification, depending on the payment provider and bank timelines.
Consultation cancellation
Consultation bookings may be rescheduled if a request is received before allotment or sufficiently before the scheduled slot.
Once a consultation has been completed, missed by the user, or substantially prepared for by the consultant, it may not be eligible for refund.
Interpretive accuracy
Refunds are not provided solely because a user disagrees with a spiritual, numerological, predictive, or interpretive statement in a report or consultation.
Numerology outcomes depend on interpretation, user choices, context, timing, and effort. The service is not a guaranteed-outcome product.
